These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by Neptune Contracting, LLC ("Neptune Contracting," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, submitting a form, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Neptune Contracting connects home-service contractors (such as plumbing, pool installation, HVAC, roofing, and remodeling) with local clients who need their services, and provides management and back-office solutions, including client intake, qualification, scheduling, crew dispatching, follow-up, and reporting. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are described in a separate written agreement or order form between you and Neptune Contracting. In the event of a conflict, the signed agreement controls over these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our services. If you use the services on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.
By providing your contact information, you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry and our services. If you opt in to text messages, the SMS terms below and our SMS Terms & Messaging Policy apply, including the right to opt out at any time by replying STOP. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchase.
